This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at village level, especially Gowa Regency. The SDGs are a global development agenda that address social, economic, and environmental challenges faced by world today. uses qualitative approach with focus on Inspirational Motivation as component leadership. research method case approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews various related parties, such heads, members Village Consultative Body (BPD), government officials, communities. Secondary is also used support primary analysis. Data analysis performed using collection techniques, reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. results show application has positive influence level. heads who effectively implement use strategies, providing information disclosure community, forming WhatsApp group communicate, paying attention performance maintaining good communication BPD. In certain cases, obstacles communicating BPD can become goals.
